      <image:caption>Hi, I’m Lily. I’m a Registered Dietitian based in Vancouver, BC, and I support people who want a steadier, more peaceful relationship with food. My work includes supporting clients navigating gastrointestinal and digestive health conditions, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, blood sugar management, heart health, women’s health, and picky eating. I joined Shift Nutrition &amp; Counselling because their commitment to intuitive eating and Health at Every Size (HAES®) closely reflects how I believe nutrition care should feel: respectful, practical, and grounded in real life. I focus on changes that are doable and sustainable, rather than short-term fixes or rigid rules. A large part of my work involves making nutrition science understandable and useful. Many people know the basics of nutrition, but applying that information day to day can be challenging—especially when advice online is conflicting or medical appointments don’t leave much time to focus on food. I enjoy breaking research down into clear, practical steps that fit your routines, preferences, and goals. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and trauma-informed. I practise from a weight-neutral, anti-diet perspective and focus on nutrition by addition—looking at what foods can be added to support physical and mental health over time, rather than emphasizing restriction. Alongside my private practice work, I’ve spent the past three years at BC Children’s Hospital supporting patients with gastrointestinal and feeding disorders, including ARFID and picky eating. This experience shapes how I work with clients of different ages and health needs, with a collaborative and thoughtful approach.</image:caption>
