Our Approach

We work from a trauma-informed, emotion-focussed, weight-inclusive, anti-oppressive, anti-diet or non-diet approach (such as Health at Every Size® (HAES) and Intuitive Eating (IE)). That means that we work with clients to find a way of eating that supports their life and body. We do not work to help our clients intentionally change their body size or shape. But rather use foundational nutrition concepts to build confidence in our clients so that they know how to eat and care for themselves.

We understand women and their health conditions, particularly as they relate to PCOS and menopause including insulin resistance, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
