Self-assessment

Anti-diet is Not Anti-Health

You might be wondering:

  • What is wrong with me that I can’t lose weight?

  • Is there something I haven’t learned yet to help me finally lose the weight and keep it off?

The answer is “nothing”, “it’s complicated”.
Do you feel confused, exhausted, frustrated, or emotional? Trust me, I get it. But there is hope. You can start by taking a self-assessment to help you figure out where you’re at and where you want or need to go from here. We‘ll be in this together!
