We use approaches such as Intuitive Eating, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies to help restore balance with food and your body.
