Meet Lily
Registered Dietitian
Hi I’m Lily and I’m a Registered Dietitian based in Vancouver, BC. I joined Shift Nutrition & Counselling because the approach embodied by intuitive eating and Health at Every Size (HAES®) aligns with my values.
I aim to empower individuals, including children and their families, to build a positive, sustainable relationship with food - while managing complex health concerns in ways that feel realistic and achievable.
I specialize in supporting people with chronic health conditions such as gastrointestinal disorders, blood sugar imbalances, high cholesterol, and hormone-related challenges. Many of my clients are seeking help to manage these conditions without turning to restrictive or unsustainable diets. I use a compassionate, evidence-based approach that is rooted in intuitive eating, body respect, and trauma-informed care, helping clients make meaningful changes that support both physical and mental well-being for the long term.
In addition to my private practice work, I have spent the past three years at BC Children’s Hospital, supporting patients in gastroenterology and other outpatient clinics. I bring this breadth of experience to clients of all ages at Shift.

Our mission
“To help our clients learn how to listen to and care for their body by unlearning the pervasive messaging from the oppressive diet culture. To break the shackles of fat-phobia, transphobia, and racism. To help our clients feel like their bodies are good and healthy, so they know they are worthy and enough.”
Registered dietitian vs. nutritionist
Dietitians have a degree in food and nutrition from an accredited university program and undergo comprehensive and rigorous training. Just like all regulated health professionals (such as doctors, nurses and physiotherapists) dietitians are committed and required to stay on top of emerging research, skills, and techniques.
